Children love to play. They have a wide imagination in creating a play that they want. Most children molds their creativity through playing clays and playdough contributes a big part in helping children to play their wide imaginations. Playdough can create different stuffs, like toy soldier, suns, birds, or even foods. However, clays might poison your children if you will not guide them and let them know that they are not food to eat. Since they are children they might not remember what you said about not eating clays. We are all aware that clays contain toxic which is not safe for our children. Even though if made it safe to play, it could not be that safe especially if they were tempt to eat it.

Edible playdough recipes are the best answer to your children are fun to create things and tempt to eat their art works or art supplies while guiding them to expand their mind to do creative horizons. Ingredients:
Mix cream cheese, honey and milk in a bowl until it is well blended. After the mixture is done, you may help your children to mold the sculptures to wax paper. You may refrigerate the unused portion of edible playdough and place in an airtight container. This is because cream cheese is perishable and checks the expiration date of cream cheese that you will be using. Follow your guide on how long you can use the play dough or keep your playdough. For more fun decoration you may place the shapes on bread slices or crackers and then decorate it with edibles like raisins, dried fruits, celery, carrot slivers and after all of these eat. |
