A cup of flour, ½ Teaspoon of Cream of Tartar, a cup of water, one teaspoon of oil, ½ cup of salt, and food coloring which can be optional.

Steps:

While it is heating up, it should be stirred continuously till all the ingredients are properly combined or mixed together.
